The Beginning
In 1781, with Sir William Herschel's discovery of the planet Uranus, a significant event occurred — the emergence of the nine-center entity.
"Centrality" is a structural aspect of evolution. The Neanderthals were five-centered beings, like modern mammals. The Cro-Magnon, or Homo sapiens, were seven-centered creatures. From 1781, with the discovery of Uranus, came the present species with nine centers.
Modern man is a transitional form — "Homo sapiens in transit". Human Design is the knowledge of the mechanics of the nine-center entity, and this knowledge is the basis of the science of differentiation.

The 64 Hexagram Gates
As an adaptation to a new evolutionary form, the Human Design System is a synthesis of exoteric and esoteric knowledge, combined with a unique revolutionary mapping — the Rave Mandala and the individual BodyGraph.
The Mandala is the imprinting matrix. Although based on the astrological wheel for tracking planets, the Rave Mandala contains 69,120 unique imprinting points.
The inner wheel is divided into 12 groups (the astrological signs). The outer wheel is divided into 64 partitions derived from the I'Ching and its 64 hexagrams. This structure divides the wheel into genetic potentials.

Chapter III
The Rave BodyGraph
It is the Rave BodyGraph that makes all these possibilities — the magic of unique personal design. The BodyGraph is truly new — an unusual map for individual transformation, and also a synthesis.
The graph is built on energy and information centers, rooted in the Hindu-Brahminic chakra system. The connections between centers, known as channels, come from the literature of Kabbalah. The gates at either end of the channels are from the I'Ching.
Through the gates, any planetary activation can be translated into a location within the BodyGraph. In this way, Human Design calculations can translate a person's birth data into a unique BodyGraph configuration — your Rave Chart.

Binary Consciousness
The entity with its nine centers is binary consciousness. Every living being is endowed with two crystals of consciousness:

The Design Crystal — transforms neutrino data into body and life

The authority of the body to determine life. Your body's composition, your design consciousness — not from the mind and its deep conditioning, but from what you truly are.
Outer Authority
The authority of consciousness to express unique awareness. When the mind is freed from survival decisions, it becomes a powerful tool for witnessing and sharing wisdom.

Founder & Messenger of the Human Design System
Ra Uru Hu (Robert Allan Krakower) received the Human Design revelation during an extraordinary eight-day mystical experience in January 1987, on the island of Ibiza, Spain. He dedicated 25 years to the development and teaching of this system before his passing in 2011.
His teachings form the foundation of the Human Design Academy — a comprehensive body of knowledge that continues to guide people toward understanding their true nature and living authentically.
